Order, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Order Review and Pricing

  • The order value is subject to review, as the price displayed at the time of order creation is an estimated price.
  • After reviewing the order, the customer may be contacted if there is a price adjustment (whether an increase or decrease) or if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Accepted Order Cancellation Cases and Refund Policy

1. Price Increase After Order Review: If the company determines that the price needs to be increased after reviewing the order, the following scenarios apply:

  • Price increase due to additional technical requirements specified by the company: If the increase is due to additional technical requirements not explicitly requested by the customer but necessary for the successful completion of the order (fully or partially), the customer has the right to cancel the order. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
  • Price increase due to requirements specified by the customer: If the increase is due to additional requests added by the customer during order creation (such as writing notes in the notes section requiring additional fees to execute), the customer has the right to cancel the order. However, in this case, a partial refund will be issued with a deduction not exceeding 20% of the original order value or 500 SAR, whichever is higher.

2. Inability to Fulfill the Order: If the company is unable to complete the order, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

  • If the company is unable to complete the order due to reasons related to the customer's identity or the need for additional details, and the customer refuses to provide the required information after placing the order, a partial refund will be issued with a deduction not exceeding 20% of the original order value or 500 SAR, whichever is higher.

Company Rights

  • The company reserves the full right to cancel the order and/or determine the refund amount at its discretion without being bound by the cases mentioned in the cancellation and refund policy.
  • The company also retains the right to proceed with the order fulfillment if no valid reason for cancellation is provided.

Cloud Coverage Policy for Selected Images

  • All images used in orders where the customer specifies dates during order creation are subject to default cloud coverage limits based on the type of image as follows:

1. Archived images: The cloud coverage does not exceed 5% maximum. 2. Future images to be captured: The cloud coverage does not exceed 15% maximum, except for high-priority orders.
